ACCOMMODATIONS

SCHOOL

Storvretacupen allocates accommodation places and works to ensure that teams from the same club end up at the same school. The number of beds at the school is limited, payment of participant cards determines the order of priority in the allocation of accommodation. The classrooms are calculated based on a sleeping capacity of 90 cm/person, extra wide mattresses are not allowed for individuals.

Participation card A is mandatory for EVERYONE who will sleep in the classroom both players, leaders and other people (regardless of age) around the team. At least one adult leader must sleep in the same room as the team if there are players under the age of 18. We use schools in central Uppsala and close to the road that our cup buses drive.

2 January from 07.30
5 January from 07.30
If you have booked an extra night, check-in the night before is open from 17.00. 

Check-out times at school:
29 December no later than 10.00
4 January no later than 10.00
6 January no later than 10.00

HOTEL

Now you can book hotels via Storvretacupen!
When you have registered your team and selected the team type "Accommodation at hotel", you have the opportunity to book rooms at our partner hotels at favorable prices. The number of beds is limited, so book your accommodation well in advance!
Please note that hotel bookings must be paid for no later than October 20th.

FOOD

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served at each accommodation and for those of you who live at the school, the service is open 06.30 – 09.30. 

LUNCH AND DINNER

Lunch and dinner is served at IFU Arena for thoose who have an A-card or have purchased food card or coupons separately.
Vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free options are always available and do not need to be pre-ordered. There are no nuts, carrots, apple or curry.

Last day for register other allergies is December 10.
