WELCOME TO STORVRETACUPEN 2024-2025
Storvretacupen will be played in three rounds:
Dec 27-29, Jan 2-4 and Jan 4-6
- Check-in/Check-out
Everyone checks in the team at IFU Arena regardless of whether you have an A or D card. Entrance via the main entrance and to the right of the main staircase there is a sign for check-in.
Everyone with a participant card will receive a band that is worn visibly around one wrist, these bands are your entrance to the arenas and also proof that you are allowed to play and be in the booth during the matches. All participants, players and leaders, must have participant wristbands.

- Accommodations
Each team that will stay at the school will receive an extra team line-up when you check that you bring to the school, this will be used as a checklist of the residents at the school in the event of a fire or when checking by fire authorities. Check that doors and windows are closed every time you leave your dormitory. At the school, you will be required to sign an agreement that will regulate any damage that occurs during your stay at the school, this also applies as a key receipt. You can find your school for accommodation on your cup page. Only people with a participant card A are allowed to sleep at school and must be on the list. At least one person over the age of 18 must sleep with the team and will also be the one in charge.
- Food
Breakfast is served at the school you are staying at, lunch and dinners are served at IFU Arena. You can find the menu on the website. In IFU Arena, the food will be served up on the shelf (second floor), there are three different buffet stations to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Exit through stairwell at the washing machine. Bring your dishes to the dishwashing drop-off and do not leave them on the table. It is important that the shelf does not become a stand to the A-level and that you sit there and block out dining areas for others. At check-in, you will receive a meal card that must be taken with you when you eat food in IFU arena. Those with an A-card have breakfast at the school, two lunches and two dinners at IFU. At check-in at IFU, it will be possible to supplement with food cards/food vouchers.
Breakfast at schools is served between 06.30-09.30.

- Transport
We collaborate with Västanhede buss, they have stops near our halls and schools. Many hotels are also close to the route.
December 27-29, the buses depart every 30 minutes from IFU and Fyrishov.
January 2 – 6, the buses depart every 20 minutes from IFU Arena, Fyrishov will then be a stop.
Free to use upon presentation of a participant card on the arm, the buses run as long as the cup lasts from early morning to late evening. Bus stops and routes will soon be up on the website under transports and are also available at the school homes and arenas. In connection with lunch and dinner, extra buses will be deployed on part of the bus route to be able to quickly transport players and leaders to and from IFU arena. These will go a different route than the regular buses, pay attention so you get on the right bus.
- Arenas
IFU Arena, Fyrishov, Celsiusskolan and Jälla Sporthall are our four arenas with a total of 14 pitches.

-> Each team brings their own balls for warm-up.
Never leave valuables in the changing rooms. Storvretacupen disclaims all responsibility for valuables that may be lost in connection with the cup. All changing rooms in the arenas will be open so don't leave anything behind. IFU Arena, Fyrishov and kiosk in schools are a cash-free. Only card are valid as a payment method.
- Parking
There will be many cars around IFU Arena and Fyrishov. If you can park the car and get to the arena with our cup buses, that's good, especially if there is snow, then it usually gets messier in the parking lots. In the IFU area, there is usually parking on the eastern gable towards UTK-hallen and Arenahotellet.
If you come by bus (large tourist bus), IFU Arena has 3 bus spaces for short-term parking in the parking lot towards Råbyvägen and Fyrishov there are three spaces along Idrottsgatan, see signs for both parking lots. Storvretacupen does not replace parking fines!
- Entrance to IFU and Fyrishov
In IFU Arena and Fyrishov there will be an entrance fee of SEK 50/day or SEK 120/period. Admission is solved at the door with card (everyone under the age of 16 enters for free). All players/leaders will have a participant band that makes it easy to get into the arenas, showing it clearly visible when you pass through the entrance.
- Webcasts
We broadcast all matches on the web and they will be filmed with AI cameras. You buy these broadcasts via our website, Solidsport is our supplier of webcasts. Matches can be purchased with PPV or passes for the entire cup.
- Media
We will have a media team that follows the cup and makes a splash on accommodations etc. We will also have studio Storvretacupen where interviews and studio talk will be. You can also follow us on social media via Instagram and Facebook.
YOUR OWN FILMING OF MATCHES IS NOT ALLOWED.
- Clothes
For those of you who pre-ordered the cuphoodie/t-shirt, they will be handed out in connection with your team's check-in. Additional t-shirts and hoodies will be for sale in the Clubhouse's shop in IFU Arena.
- Match tickets SSL
Those of you who have ordered match tickets for the SSL match between Storvreta IBK – Pixbo IBK on 26/12 can pick them up at the entrance in IFU Arena. Those of you who ordered tickets for the match on 4/1 between Storvreta IBK – IBK Dalen will receive these in connection with your check-in in IFU Arena.
For those who have not bought tickets, it will be possible to buy directly at the entrance to the match for SEK 60 / each if you are a cup participant, provided that there are seats left.
- Coach Lounge
In IFU Arena, there will be a coach lounge so that the leaders can come down and talk to like-minded people and drink a cup of coffee and get something to chew on.
It will be staffed by our men's team and women's team, so take the opportunity to ask them about anything you want tips on. Opening hours for the lounge will be posted on site.
- Info Desk
In IFU Arena there will be an info desk that will help with all your questions. They can also help you get in touch with the cup management if needed. The cup office is located at IFU Arena. During the cup we answer sporadically to emails, but via the info desk you will get in touch with us.
- Medical supplies
Will be in the respective secretariats. We will be in contact with healthcare via our information desk. In case of acute injuries, call 112. Defibrillators are available in IFU and Fyrishov.
